The Green Belt certification acquaints the professionals with skills needed for handling difficulties putting emphasis on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control).The Yellow Belt provides knowledge on the techniques of Six Sigma and improvement methodologies to meet customer expectations and achieve goals. In this belt very basic knowledge is provided giving an insight into the basic requirements of an organization. . Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets.
