CRM Options - Greetings When I was working within a virtual team we used FreeCRM, it was an easy to access repository for all the information on our clients and how the business was going that any of us could check at any time. One of Australia's leading Web Development companies uses Zimbra an Open Source email/calendar application which is a great alternative to Microsoft Exchange. However it does cost money for a commercial licence but could definitely work out cheaper than a Microsoft Exchange solution depending on your business.

Glad to hear they have been looking into it and have made it available for those with a VPS or Dedicated Server. I imagine at some point it will be available to those with shared hosting, and I'm willing to wait. Or, at some point I may just need to upgrade to a VPS myself, so only time will tell I guess... lol.
Re: How Do You Fight Spam? - There are several ways in which you can stop spam: Client side: you can configure your email client to move spam to the junk mail, and you can do this by blocking their domain, some clients will even allow you to block ip blocks. Server side: you can set your server to have a white list, that can control spam before it gets to your inbox.

I have partnered with my brother to design a project which will aid everyday people in everyday tasks for everyday life. The problem we are having is exposure.
