Changing Seasons, Changing Careers
With the days getting shorter and the
evenings getting cooler, it really is starting to feel like the seasons
are changing. It’s a good time to reflect on how you spent your work
life last fall and winter, and make some serious choices about whether
you want a repeat of that this year. A career as a contract executive,
not an employee, gives you freedom, flexibility and control. It’s still
a busy life, but you call the shots about who you want to work with and
what type of work you want to do. And best of all, you can work with a
variety of clients at the same time which gives you lots of
intellectual challenge, keeps the days busy, and allows you to use the
range of skills that you have developed over your long and successful
career.
