If you are electing to form a S-corp, make sure you get Form 2553 filed with the IRS in a timely fashion. Are you using an attorney to form the entity? Hopefully you are. So many people do it themselves because they think it’s easy (which it is) but they often overlook/don't know about small things that can help them from a legal standpoint.
