Promotional Products Revealed to be Most Affordable, Effective Way to Advertise
A recent study carried out by the Advertising Specialists Institute (ASI), the leading media and marketing organization which serves the promotional products revealed that promotional products are the best way of advertising. They are more successful than television, radio or print advertising, despite being affordable and cheap way of brand promotion. This study was the outcome of web based in-person interviews carried out in 2008 on around 600 travelers in Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York.
In an endeavor to know as to why promotional products are reasonable medium of advertising, the ASI went deep into the study and took into account the average cost per impression of promotional product: $ 0.004 as against Newspaper $ 0.0129, radio $0.005, magazine $0.033, Television prime time $0.019 etc.
As far as effectiveness of the promotional products is concerned a study revealed some interesting facts like 84% of persons were able to memorize the name of the brand they had received as a promotional item. While 24% of the respondents showed their interest and divulged that they will do business with the company, thus showing their loyalty. Nearly 62% respondents had already done the business with the brand after receiving the gift. 81% of promotional items received were securely kept by the respondents because they felt it is a useful item for them. Most of the people kept back the promotional product for about seven months or so.
In the study people disclosed that in the first instance they received promotional writing products followed by caps, bags, t-shirts etc. All these promotional products were able to create 1,038 impressions per month.
One of the main goals to succeed in any business is to market a brand well. Promotional products are the right choice in brand promotion as they enhance visibility. Since they are cost effective they are appropriate for any type of business big or small. Thus companies can create a lasting impression on their audience and target more effectively on their niche market.
Promotional products stimulate trust and confidence when they are offered in fairs, trade shows and exhibitions. They become a rage, with the audience, thus providing a cheap way of advertising. In this competitive world when all the companies are undergoing recession it will be in fitness of things if companies could advertise their brand through promotional products.
As promotional products are given as a token of appreciation and are offered free of charge they immediately catch the attention of their prospective customers in a creative way.
They help usurp the turnover and profits of the company and are found a cost effective solution to market your products and services.
