What is your "Phrase that Pays?"

First, my definition of "Phase that Pays" is something someone says (or does) that makes me think of you and your business.

There are very few people that might say "I need a chiropractor, do you know a good one?" When someone says that, it makes the referral process very easy. However, someone may complain "My joints ache when the weather changes." That is a "phase that pay" for a chiropractor (and other wellness experts)! If someone says that, you should immediately think of your chiropractor (and other wellness experts). And, as I talking about last week, your response can simply be "And who is helping you with that?"

As you listen to people, what are they complaining about (besides the economy)? Start listing to people when they complain and you will have referrals for everyone! While they are complaining, they are really asking you for help to solve their problems.

So, what are people complaining about that you can solve? What would someone say, that will make me think of you and your business? If you need help with this, I am the guy to talk to!
