In part one of this topic we discussed how involving others in your online, in-home business duplicates your efforts. We saw that working a job limits a person to just their own efforts. We will only be paid so much of a wage. We can only work so many hours. We are simply limited to what we can earn working a job. But involving other people in our business and teaching them to involve others in their business, literally duplicates our efforts. But there is another aspect to this topic I would like to discuss.

When we involve others in our business, we never want to have the attitude that others are working for us. This is a mistaken, selfish attitude. When you involve someone else in your opportunity, you are now a leader. It's your obligation to the people under you to be the best leader you can be. The top outstanding leaders in any industry are constantly working at putting others first. As leaders in this industry we need to convey to our new members that they are in business for themselves. They are building their own business so they may reach their own dreams and goals. We must also convey to them that we are here to help them achieve those dreams and goals. They had or still have a boss. They sure don't need or want another one!

I can't stress enough how important the attitude of selflessness and putting others first really is. When new people come into our online in-home business opportunity they want to know four basic things: One, does it really work? Two, will you help me? Three, can I really do this? And four, can I really achieve my dreams and goals with this home based business. Most new people we involve in our online opportunity are going to be scared or apprehensive. They are hoping to be involved with real people who will help them. It's our obligation as leaders to put them at ease. To let them know that we are there and we will help them. This online in-home business model allows us to fulfill the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." When we treat and train people in this manner, they will do the same with the people they involve in their own business.

When you truly want to see others succeed more than yourself, then you will have a huge business. This industry of internet marketing and online business opportunities is truly a people business. If no one gets into your business, you don't have a business. I believe the real key is to be the kind of person that people want to get into business with. Be the kind of person that puts others first. I believe that attitude will keep each one of us grounded and focused in a positive way. Have you ever wondered why most celebrities end up becoming real "nut cases." I believe it's because their whole focus is on themselves. The focus of their money, their career and everything else is simply for themselves. They end up totally detached from reality. The reality is that we are put here on this earth to serve others in some capacity or another. We are not put here to be served. When we serve others with a pure heart, everything we desire in life will come to us. Our in-home online business will be successful, our relationships will be successful and our home life will be successful. I know this thought flies in the face of most of the modern worlds thinking. But do a comparison. Compare the lives of the celebrities most in the public eye to the lives of business people who give of themselves to help others. I believe the differences of happiness and stability are undeniable.

Make helping others one of your primary goals. Take your eyes off yourself and put them on others and you will see a drastic change in your business. Happiness and prosperity are wonderful gifts that we can share with others. Start sharing them with others today!

As a conductor of your own enterprise, you can not see yourself as a one-woman-show. You must choose to utilize the power people in your life, by asking for help when you need it, and effectively delegating in order to capitalize on your strengths and that of your power network. When certain experts are not represented in your power network, you must actively seek advisors or mentors and develop a team of specialists, so the benefits are received by everyone involved in the power network - the true Power of Power Networks.

Money I made while in School - While in university I did have a Student Loan (still paying that bugger off) and had a part-time job as a Call Center agent (inbound). *Canada* I also designed websites (outsourced all the work). I just worked on getting new customers, managed the projects to completion and helped create Marketing Plans for my clients (Online and Offline). *Canada* When I was studying the in the States I also made some money as a Part-time Flight instructor. *USA*

The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
