Article Overview: I can still remember the times Charmayne and I would dream and talk about the day we could stay home and just work our online in-home business full time. Profitable Online Home Based Business Ideas and the Recession; If We can do it You can Too!

I can still remember the times Charmayne and I would dream and talk about the day we could stay home and just work our online in-home business full time. Sometimes it just seemed a far off dream. But we wanted that more than anything, and even during the difficult times when it seemed like it would never happen, we just believed that it would. We had met people that had started out just like us, with only a dream. We are nobody special; we just knew that if they could do it we could too!

I just can't stress that point enough, we are nobody special. We didn't come up with a certain secret that no one else had. We had no magic formulas or potions. We had no inside information. We just followed the ones before us and did what they did. We did what they told us to do and more. I believe the key, if there is one, is to remain consistent. We had an action plan and we followed it and implemented it every day. We didn't treat our home based online internet business like a hobby. That our online in-home business was the answer to our dreams was clearly etched in our minds.

I believe the other key to our success was the dream. Our dream was to be home with each other fulltime. We wanted to fire our bosses and work from home for ourselves. We talked about it every day, all the time. Simply put, we just believed we could do it. There were discouraging times. I won't lead you to believe that there weren't. We just didn't dwell on those thoughts. We just stayed consistent and persistent with our action plans. I believe that if you live your life with purpose, belief and conviction, doors will open for you.

Was it worth it? You bet it was! How do we live now? We get up when we want to. What a feeling to be able to roll over and go back to sleep if you want to. We don't have to get up at 5 a.m. to go to a job. We go to town if we feel like it. We have all the time we want to spend with our grandchildren. We go out to the horse barn and play with our horses anytime we want. We are not pressured to get the little jobs around the house done. Just the day before yesterday a wonderful thought just hit me. I had a couple of small jobs to do. Before; if I had jobs around the house to do, it was very important to me to get them done because my time was so limited. I got involved with a totally different project and I didn't get the first ones done. I started to get real nervous when it hit me: No big deal! I've got tomorrow to do it! What a feeling of freedom. What a weight off my shoulders!

We just want you to fully realize that you can have this life too. We are no one special, we just did the work and we didn't quit. We truly want this life for you too. If you truly want a life of freedom from the daily job "thing", take a step of faith. Nothing will change in your life until you take action. Take a step forward in the direction of your dreams.
