Profitable online Business Ideas; Success and Failure Part 1

Guest post by: Wendell & Charmayne Vannatter

Article Overview: Why do some people succeed in business ventures and some fail? Most if not all people who fail, will blame it on the business that they "tried." More often then not, its not the business. The answer often lies within the person themselves.

Profitable online Business Ideas; Success and Failure Part 1

I was searching Google the other day and happened across some, what I would call negative articles about a successful onlne business opportunity. I have been chewing on them ever since, so I decided today to do some articles on this subject. Not so much on the negative, but much more on the positive, because there is so much more positive. I want to look individually at both the article writers and just everyday people who have quit or given up on an internet home business.

Let's start right off with the articles themselves. The first thing I noticed is that the vast majority, and I do mean the vast majority, were articles by online marketers promoting their own business! My first thought was, "What a cheap shot!" And for the most part it is. Here you have a proven, successful company and someone else comes along and tears it down just to promote their own product. But that happens in the networking and MLM industry all the time. You can look at the Icon of multi level marketing businesses and see that. This Icon in the MLM industry has produced hundreds, maybe even thousands of millionaires, many of whom I have personally met, and still people say they are a fraud. Other MLM's often say, "We are just like so and so (the Icon), only better!" If they are so much better, then why do they feel they must compare themselves with this Iconic company?

The same thing is happening with this proven online business. The success of which is undeniable. There is just too much success out there to deny it. And as that success grows, so will the negative.  If anybody really took the time to check them out, what they would find is a superb training system that the most inexperienced person can plug right into and take off running with. They would also find a community of people who truly want to help any individual succeed who is willing to put forth the effort. They would also see a successful system that is not only working here in the USA, but also in 140 countries around the world!

So, why the negative towards this home based online business by these article writers/ online marketers? It's very simple, they are "piggy backing" on the success of this company! I truly don't know all the reasons why, and I don't think anyone else does either for that matter. I think the biggest reason why is: "Don't do that business! Do my thing!" For the most part it doesn't really matter, because I believe there are many people out there just like me. People who are looking for a vehicle they can use to change their lives. And they will try multiple "things" and they will be disappointed. And some will give up altogether and not try anything else. But some are like me, they will keep looking and they will find this proven business and they will be so glad they did!

There are always the "Nay Sayers." There are those out in the world who just hate to see anyone else succeed. To run down the successful, in their own mind, validates their own failures. But the one unfailing truth in life is, successful people don't listen to this kind of garbage, they don't have time. They are too busy continuing on down the road of success! It's just like this analogy: When you're going for a walk through your neighborhood and you come upon a couple of little yipping and yapping dogs, are you going to turn around and go running back home? "Oh my! Those little dogs yipped and yapped at me! I'm just going to quit walking!" I don't think so! Kick the little dogs away and keep on going! They can't hurt you. The negative, online marketers are the same; They can't hurt a proven successful online business. They will keep on going.

If you're looking for a vehicle to change your life, you've come to the right place. Ignore the little yipping and yapping dogs. Align yourself with a successful, going someplace company. True success will, by its very nature, breed more success, it can't help it. All you need to do is take that one more step of faith.

Why A Project Fails? Why A Project Fails? - Hello Everyone As the size and complexity of ones business grows, so does their need to effectively manage projects. I have been thinking about the major reasons why a project can go wrong and my limited experience comes up with the following. 1 Leadership: A project manager with leadership skills and not just management skills. 2 Failure to (Foresee and) Plan 3 Failure to Manage: Ineffective change management control methods. Unclear decision making guidelines. 4 Talent: Finding, allocating and developing people 5 Scope: Setting an overly ambitious or amibigious project scope 6 Alignment: When projects are not prioritized in alignment with the business strategy, or project members personal objectives are not in tandem with that of the project / company 7 Lack of Candor: Communication Breakdowns I would be interested in knowing everyone's thoughts on this, especially on ways to overcome the above mentioned obstacles.
