Learn How To Handle Frustration

Not being able to deal with frustration is one of the biggest silent killers of dreams. Getting all bent up with lack of results, difficult people, learning new skills and dealing with outside competition can destroy your productivity to the point of wanting to quit.

The majority of people in the world do not know how to handle frustration. You have heard the familiar saying, "If at first you don't succeed try and try again." Well, in today's must have it now society, people are not used to figuring things out and when there is a wall in their way, they don't know how to handle it.

If you are in business, or real estate and you spend lots of time with a client and they are all set to buy and you are all set to get that big commission, then at the last minute, they change their minds and pull out of the deal. That can be very frustrating.

Dealing with this frustration will determine how your future is going to turn out. If you have a negative attitude after a deal gone bad, it can kill your self-discipline to the point that you don't want to try again. If you can learn to put it behind you right away, you can immediately start to focus on the next deal.

Frustration is not an issue for people who are just trying to get their business off the ground. In fact, the wealthier you are and the more success you have, the more frustrations you will have too. It is the ability to handle these frustrations in the appropriate way that will lead to wealth and success.

You need to consciously start thinking about the way you think and talk to yourself. If you are feeling frustrated about a deal, recognize that and quickly change that emotion to fascination. Marvel at the chance the person passed up and realize it is an opportunity for some other lucky person to take advantage of a missed opportunity. Start to feel and talk fascinated and push the deal behind you as quickly as possible, so you can move on.

It can only wreck your own day and your own success when you are frustrated. So, change your emotion and move forward.
