The Gift That Keeps On Giving!

The Gift That Keeps Giving

What is your company’s most valuable resource?

Is it production capacity, market knowledge, service programs, quality standards, customer

loyalty or is it your employees?

These are questions business owners and managers ask themselves everyday. Although

many items contribute to a company’s success, the single most important factor is the

strength of their people.

It’s a proven fact that motivated work forces are critical to a company’s bottom line. By

recognizing your people’s dedication, commitment and results -- you boost their morale,

increase productivity, enthusiasm and create powerful motivators.

Don’t let your best people’s efforts go unrecognized.

Rewarding Employees Has Its Benefits ! Do it with Gas and Grocery Certificates. Denominations

range from $100 to $500 and sell for pennies on the dollar.

Instead of a one time gift at the end of the year, your employee can feel the benefits all

throughout the year by receiving $25 back per month on their gas purchases, and $25

back per month on their grocery purchases NO MATTER where they buy it! They simply

turn in their purchase receipts that total at least $100. That’s it! Nothing complicated.

The Gift That Keeps Giving . . . participate in the BEST gift giving program

for your staff and employees.

Wasting money on glossy Brochures and Business cards iii. Believing what they taught me at school was 100% correct iv. Giving too much when it was not required...... Re: Starting customized giftware... Re: Starting customized giftware... - Starting off with a Customized Gift is definitely a great idea. But you have not mentioned anything about what is or are the products that your organization is into. You have also not mentioned what is the target market or who your customers are. But it needs to be mentioned that whom you want to give the gift. There are two different categories of people who visit you. One category is those who are not much interested to buy. They visit the store for inquisitiveness or finding out what you have to offer them. These people can be given some smaller tokens. The other category is of those who buy from you are your real customers and you can give them gifts. The best gift after the sales will definitely be the after sales support and customer services. But these are in the longer run to retain the customers. You can start off with giving some percentage extra depending on what you have to offer. How about Discounts or different Gifts in lieu of purchase of X Amount, Y Amount...
