The reason people fail in network marketing and home business is that they spend more money than they make.

97% of people in this industry spend more money than they make. That is an expensive and time consuming hobby?

Are you one of the 97%. Statistically, if you are reading this, then you are.

What else makes people fail in home business? Lack of time, lack of focus, lack of results, lack of enthusiasm.

The reason so many people fail is they are buying into a course or business with an employee mentality. They are not ready to have success. They don't know who they are and what they want yet. They don't have their defined goals and the action steps required to accomplish them. They are hoping for that magical money making system they were sold on to automatically send money to their bank account.

There are 3 things that are crucial to success in this home based industry.

Mindset: You must have an entrepreneur's mindset and know who you are, what you are about, have your achieveable goals set and have the mindset to take action to get what you want.

Marketing: This is the variable that every entrepreneur must master. A marketing system is a must in order for you to achieve success. You can't expect success if you can't get your message out to the masses. Having a system to follow that will teach you to do that means you can market anything to anyone at anytime. It is an education in marketing for yourself that is the most valuable thing you can spend your time on.

Mission: There has to be a bigger cause than you in order for you to keep the enthusiasm in your business and success. This is also where passion is evident when people talk to you. This is the attraction marketing part. People will follow passion. They want to be part of something bigger than them. The best use of your time and money is to spend it on something that will outlast you. Something that will leave a legacy. Something that will make a difference in people's lives for years to come. Spend your time helping others achieve what they want and you will be compensated accordingly.

Having these three things in place before you buy into your next opportunity will enhance your success in this industry. There are only 3% of the people in the industry who are actually successful. These are the people who have taken time to work on themselves and become leaders and added value to society. When you have done that, you will be among the elite that will command a following into your business and success will follow.
