6 Ways To Be A Success At Failure

6 Ways To Be A Success At Failure

Much is said about success and how to succeed, but knowing how to fail can sometimes be just as helpful in helping you achieve your goals of success. Knowing what to avoid is often more powerful than being told what to do. Sometimes we all need to be reminded of behaviors we exhibit without even realizing it so we can make course adjustments in the direction of our desired outcome. How many of these do you find yourself a part of?

1.When you feel you want something in your life (ie- a successful business) talk yourself out of it. Tell yourself all the reasons why you can't have what you want, how you're not good enough, smart enough or don't have the time or money you need. Surround yourself with other people who have failed or feel the same way...compare notes.
2.Don't seek out any information in the area of your interest at all. Don't let anyone advise you or tell you how things work. Don't listen to anyone, read helpful articles, books or attend seminars and workshops. In fact if you want to know about Internet Marketing talk to a florist and ask them your questions or anyone else with little to no experience in the thing you want to learn or know more about.
3.Don't make any decisions. Put them off as long as possible and keep putting them off. Tell people you're busy, not sure and that you really want to think about it. Later will be better. You have to think about.....some more.
4.Make sure when you're given the opportunity to move forward that you hesitate as much as possible. Resist the urge to make any forward movement. Be reluctant, be resistant! Look for any reason to stay where you are.
5.Surround yourself with anybody and everybody who hates marketing, people who are fearful and know other people who have failed at it. Then bathe yourself in that information and feeling. Listen to as much negativity as you can so that your fear builds and your mind, spirit and soul are paralyzed. It's not that important...right?
6.Make sure your own self-talk is as negative as possible. Be as fearful as you possibly can. Look for opportunities to put yourself down and belittle your attempts at success. Who do you think you are anyway?

Follow these 6 steps and you will be guaranteed to fail, but you must be consistent. Failure must be done as consistently as success. Do this every day for as long as possible and your failure will be complete.
