Lead On: Leading By Self Expression
When you take your life in your own hands you begin to mold your own success. That's a scary proposition. But as you tackle each challenge, anxiety is replaced by optimism. Other hurdles become less daunting. You can achieve beyond your dreams by willing it to happen and then by encouraging everyone around you to DREAM BIG. Absorb information like a sponge - but don't be afraid to defy conventional wisdom.
In a way life is a series of near misses. Luck isn't luck; it's seizing today and accepting responsibility for your future. It's seeing what others don't see and pursuing that vision no matter who tells you not to. It's YOUR vision.
Leading by self expression isn't just about speaking your mind. It's a commitment to truth and having the courage to create an environment where others are free to express themselves fully. Not only is it the right thing to help others succeed, but when people you mentor are seen as leaders it reflects well not only for them but for you.
There's nothing extraordinary about leaders. They simply know how to make it easy for others to work and interact together. A leader makes a difference in the lives of others because what they see when you express yourself as a leader is simply a reflection of themselves. They hear what's possible and they gain the strength and the courage to persevere with their own dreams.
So, I encourage you to inspire the best in others. Help them move forward. Commit to being fully self expressed and watch how people follow!

- I use Constant Contact for myself and Aweber for a client who needs the autoresponder features. Aweber is also great for integration with PayPal. However, I don't like designing using Aweber. I design using Expression Web 2, then copy paste the codes.

- Lead the field by Earl Nightingale is a winner everyday. Though it is original audio messages, but I read the book every month. Every Entrepreneur should have it.

- I have to agree with several of the previous posts here. Having your own site so that you can get it ranked is a big one.
Also, as stated above, using a "passive" recruiting style works really well. Leading by example, people will naturally want to follow you over time if you prove yourself a leader.
Bottom line, if you are promoting your opportunity or products, you are losing sales. About 85% of the population hates to be sold. Promote YOU, build relationships and let the business fall in place after that.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate the comment about run win lead.
I changed it to Will he Run-Win & Lead.
It's kind of a tag line meaning of course, will he run first off. Will he win second. And then
will he lead us out of the mess the countries in right now.
It's also the name of my newsletter. But above that, it kind of gives an overview of what the site includes.
I thought of using it since it has longer legs than just will he run etc. as even if he does and wins, that phrase will be relevant still.
I know, I can't help myself with the SBI banners, LOL But 70+% of the public is interested in earning
some income from home and I hope to have a bunch coming there who have their personal economy in mind and looking for answers etc.
