Easily Transform Your Marketing Efforts into Hundreds or Thousands of Dollars in Residual Passive Income
If you’re marketing yourself on even a semi-regular basis,
you can leverage that time and effort into passive income that can send an
extra $500, $1,000, or more flowing into your bank account each month. Even if
you’re not marketing regularly, you can start now and begin working towards
passive income streams within the next 30-60 days. We entrepreneurs tend to
work ourselves into the ground, but with the beauty of the Internet, now you
can use your knowledge to get paid more (in some cases, MUCH more) for working
less (potentially even cutting your workload in half). It’s really much easier
than you might think. If you’re at all intrigued by the thought of passive
income, check out the following methods of turning your regular marketing
efforts into recurring income that will come flowing into your bank account day
after day, with little to no extra effort on your part.
Passive income idea
#1: Turn your articles into an ebook
If you’ve written seven to ten articles in your area of
expertise, you have a strong foundation for an ebook that you can sell for
passive income. Of course, you will need to make sure that the articles fit
well together under one main topic idea (you wouldn’t want to have an article
on gardening in an ebook about building a business online, for example). Then
you would just need to organize and polish the articles so the ebook flows well
from beginning to end, add an introduction and conclusion to wrap up any loose
ends, and you’ve got a great source of passive income!
Bonus: Published authors gain instant credibility as experts
in their field, so that ebook that you wrote for a passive income source could
help persuade more clients to work with you one-on-one. They’ll see that you
know what you’re talking about and will be eager to see how you can help them
find solutions for their individual situations.

#2: Record your teleclass or teleseminar
If you’re offering a teleclass or teleseminar that provides
a nice chunk of valuable info, you can turn around and package it (or them, if
you hosted a series of calls) for potential clients to listen to. It doesn’t
really matter if you offered the original call for free or paid access, but it
is a good idea to make sure the call isn’t available for free on your website
(or anywhere else online, for that matter) if you’re trying to sell it now. If you don’t currently have a teleclass or
teleseminar, there’s a simple solution: create one! Pick a topic, write out a
few bullet points, and start promoting it. Take an hour or two to collect your
thoughts, then you’ll need an hour for the teleseminar and another couple of hours
to get it ready for sale. And presto: you’ve got a fantastic product to sell on
your website!
Bonus: You can include a downloadable MP3 recording of the
call and PDF transcript (if you so choose) as part of the purchase price, and
then offer an upsell option that will allow listeners to order the recording
and transcript in a physical CD and printed transcript that will be shipped to
their homes. This way, you can increase the convenience factor for people who
want to listen to/read your words of wisdom on the go.

#3: Package your process
Okay, so this isn’t really turning your marketing into
passive income per se, but this idea is important because it will not only help
you gain passive income, but like with the ebooks mentioned above, packaging
your process can help ease clients into working with you. After purchasing your
materials, potential clients might see that you are just what they need to move
their business/life/etc. forward. By providing such a deep look into your
process for helping people, you’ll also be building trust with your potential
clients. Some of them might stop at purchasing your package, and that’s okay,
because others will most likely decide that they can’t (or don’t want to) do
the work on their own. Who will they turn to for help? You, of course – the
expert in their mind! To get started with packaging your process, start by
documenting what you do to help people. You probably already have a process
that you might not even be aware of; start writing it all down, and then put it
together in a workbook format.
Bonus: In addition to passive income, you’ll also be making
your own job easier when a new client hires you. Instead of reinventing the
wheel with each new client, you can simply walk through the process you’ve
already documented, potentially shaving hours off of your client preparation
process.
If you put even one of these tips into place, you can start
growing your passive income streams. Once one of your passive income streams is
in place and flowing well, move on to the next. Before you know it, you’ll have
a nice chunk of passive income streaming in each month!
