Have you ever wondered why most of people can't see why your offer will help them? if you have, Let me let you in on a little secret... they probably won't and never will if all that you are telling them is about the features and benefits of your company. what I mean by features is talking about how long your company's been around, and how your product is the best on the market...yade yadee yada!

If you really want to be successful and become that leader in your business, you need to really start interviewing people to see if they're even qualify to work with you. You're certainly don't need just anybody in your business. There's a big difference between interviewing someone and selling them.

Amateurs sell but professionals interview.

An amateur is willing to take on just anybody in their business to make a buck or two but professionals look for that qualify individual that will take it to the next level. Amateurs need to start setting higher standards for themselves. Hold yourself to a higher standard than what exactly?

You know. Higher than the norm. Higher than the average. In other words, higher than the standards of what most people really expect of themselves.

But it's hard. I know. It's easy to do the bare minimum by default. But we should all try to get in the habit of holding ourselves to a higher standard. Why?

Because only when you hold yourself to a higher standard can you really then stand out and start attracting the qualify individuals that you would love to work with.

People don't care about your business, They care about finding that leader that will help them get to their destination. As a professional, you will need to have them commit to their own success. Only when you're able to do that, you will see the outcome and all the benefits of holding yourself to a higher standards.

Alexandra Pierre brings to the table a unique personal perspective on the concept of 'Attraction Marketing'. She  always had the urge to work from home and calling her own shots. Alexandra felt she could not forever continue to rely on the whims of her corporate career.

Furthermore, she did not believe in having security by working a 9-5 job. She often states that "the unstable economy clearly represent the reason why people who is serious about having total freedom and creating their own paychecks cannot afford to spend their life working for someone else when they can be let go anytime". She owed it to her family to give them the abundant life that they deserve.

Over the years, Alexandra had started to feel the need for a more proactive approach to building TRUE and LASTING wealth. In addition, that is how she got started in internet marketing.

Specializing in Internet marketing, copywriting and personal branding, and backed by a team of *topnotch* marketing professionals, Alexandra offers serious entrepreneurs a step-by-step guide to replacing their income and a proven blueprint for a realistic $250 K first-year income potential.

Alexandra's first year as an entrepreneur could best be characterized as a continuous uphill battle. Her tireless labor left her with nothing but debt and disillusionment, coupled with a sinking feeling that most everything she was taught about how to run her business was WRONG.

Stunned to learn that, according to statistics, a meager 3% of all MLM'ers are ever able to make any kind of profit on their businesses, she found herself questioning the entire system she had become part of.

She eventually turned her back on conventional MLM marketing methods and instead began to model her marketing strategies after what her new mentor had taught her. Working out of her home in Central Massachusetts, Alexandra today earns more per sale than she ever made in any of her previous home-based businesses and her corporate career combined.

Alexandra also has a passion for teaching people how to be successful working on the internet. She became a top-notch successful coach that everyone who is serious about making money online seeks to learn proven strategies.
