Key Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage & Motivate - inside sales department to generate demand for products. Includes hiring training, coaching, performance reviews, etc.
- Develop and Implement - comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics, budgets, resource requirements, and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets within a specified geographic region.
- Analyze Business Processes - and collaborate with Senior Account Managers, Sales & Marketing Directors, Technical Support, and Operations to streamline processes, and measure results of activities.
- Implement and Maintain - work with Sales Support, Marketing, and Customer Service to adopt a enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and monitor adoption rates, help with training sessions, etc.
- Develop & Report Sales Metrics - be accountable for tracking and reporting on the performance and productivity inside sales team.
- Build - a high-paced sales environment by emphasizing the value of solid work ethic.
- Develop and Communicate - lead-generation strategy to management team.
