Your Value to Society, the World, the Cosmos.

Are there not mornings when you just dread getting up for whatever reason be it business/job related, be it not knowing how the kids dentists appointment will get into your schedule, be it just sitting in front of your phone with a list of leads to call. Some people never have agenda problems whilst others are running from left to right to left again... You either have a mind set & deal with things as they come (for they are planned) or you get submerged by the events of the day as they occur... Your value to you & how you put that across to the society is the foremost important factor of MLM marketing. Yep it's number one. You can have the best opportunity on the planet but if you think your value is not worth a lot, then how are you gonna convey that you have the best opportunity?

I do recall one morning when I had a particularly interesting book that I was reading on personal development, it had little phrases you had to repeat 5 mins before off to sleep & 5 mins when you wake up. The next day the alarm went off as per usual and as I was saying this phrase and suddenly something in me triggered off my value of me. It had changed & so I changed. There was the entrepreneur in me that was hungry and very eager to help someone today and every day. My heart was going to explode with all the love & goodness I had inside I was literally flying off to some new place on the earth called self esteem. The breakfast was so delicious, the children so lovely & I even had time to get coffee going for my husband!

On the agenda I had one meeting with a prospect client & 2 one on one recruiting meetings. Of course when I got to the clients house they immediately said 'we're not interested' but I could say all sorts of things that normally would have sounded like a sales pitch. But because I had value the usual pitch did not sound the same it was as if I had the magic inside me... I noticed a painting of Vietnam & having just returned from a business venture in that country, even recognising the street market in Ho Chi Minh city, I could not help myself but comment on it & how the colors were very flashy. This was a gem as it was a family member who had painted the picture & so we talked about this & that and I really listened to what the customers were saying and was able to help them. Now we meet often & have tea & coffee to discuss their childrens weddings and everything really... So my value to this customer is very different from what it could have been and their value to me is priceless. Every time we meet I feel this VALUE & again my heart just bursts. It is the same with my new down line now. I feel tremendously proud to have the chance to coach them and teach them the ways to change their mind set.

This can be pretty fast or very slow the mindset is yours & yours alone. And it is the repetition of reading books going to seminars that can all but accelerate your leap into this time zone self esteme. With this comes obviously the bigger pay check and the higher self esteem. What a different catch 22 eh?!

So here is the shoe lace story: this ties in (no pun intended but I shall leave it in all the same!) with how to cope with your downlines:

I have four children that I teach things to in the same way initially- tying shoe laces for example. You can do it for them each & every morining OR you can either sit on the floor with your child & show him on his shoes on another pair of shoes but this does take time & patience. You must remember this & plan more time before you leave for school or shopping or whatever. Here is where being a mentor comes in as each person is different & unique so the information given out will be monitored & tailor made to each person even thought the initial information is the same and the goal is too. In our example of shoe laces; all my children were taught how to do their laces in the same manner initially. Being different each child responds differently so the exercise of the teacher (me) is to get them to their goal - tiing shoe laces. They will all get there, that's what is so fantastic with children is they do not abandon & they all tie their shoe laces now. But the way they use the information depends on the individual. Either way the results is the same the child will tie their shoe laces whether or not you do it for them or you give them the tools for them to be independant earlier on. I prefer the latter as it is eventually less work in the long run!

And it is just the same in the MLM business. The methods of doing things are all given to the newbies and the initial goal is the same more money & more time. So people, join up get given the information of where to search & how to do it for themselves but the time scale of comprehension of self esteem - self value is not the same for each person. However if the person perseveres & is dedicated the results will come around once the mind set is there.

This new teaching, with the right mindset can unleash your hidden talents as big as there is no limit in the universe... I am telling you this is so powerful that it will empower you to reach those goals.

Re: Sales Letters: Do they work? Re: Sales Letters: Do they work? - Sales letters are a unique and very beneficial element to almost any businesses marketing and sales letters, if done professionally and ethically. According to Rudyard Kipling, 'words are the most powerful drug we humans can deliver' the reason these letters and sites work, and they do, trust me, is people they are targeted to a very specific type of person/demographic. The more you understand your market, the better you can write your sales letters and collateral material. Every form of communication essentially uses this format, identify the pain propose a solution offer proof - through testimonials outline the benefits make an offer they cant refuse etc etc if your radar flags when you read some one else's letter, that only speaks to your own integrity and how you want to be seen. In fact, some of the best sales letters every written have been for World Wildlife Fund, Foster Parents Plan, Canadian Cancer Society etc. The difference is that now mainstream businesses and especially information marketers are using these tactics. Personally the formula is used all the time in every successful campaign - you only need to decide what you are comfortable with. As far as one of the links Shri provided, I'm very familiar with his work and quite frankly wouldnt bother recommending it.... But to sum up - sales letters are an old and traditional way of motivating someone to buy - right now. dont knock it - if you aint tried it. But make sure you are 100% acting in integrity and within the comfort level of your audience. Jude
Who Said Twitter Doesn't Work...? Who Said Twitter Doesn't Work...? - Last month, the BBC World Service programme, The Strand, featured 21 year-old Icelandic pianist/composer Olafur Arnalds. Arnalds achieved extraordinary success through his internet-led project to compose 7 tunes in 7 days, post them on his website and then post links to it via TWITTER. As a result his website got thousands of visitors eager to listen to his music, catapulting him to fame and bringing his music to the attention of the BBC, who featured an interview with him on the World Service programme, The Strand! So who says Twitter doesn't work? (HINT: It does help if you have something uniquely your own that other people want to get hold of...)
