The post's innocence based on the user's intention is not taken lightly and a huge group of users flood the site with retorts and complaints therefore impeding the website's functionality and purpose. Chat Moderators regulate these types of content whether it was posted with intent of causing trouble or not. Remember that most offensive posts are the product of ignorance not of malicious intent. How Quick is That - Just to let you know that as I'm not as sharp as I might be in the ftp sort of world, I had a problem today with uploading a new site. Hostgator 'Live Chat' fixed this for me in two minutes flat and didn't make me feel I was an idiot at all (at least anymore than I felt myself). Maybe we should open up a new section in the forums on Social Media...or Social Media Marketing. I will tell you that the world is about 1 1/2 behind when it comes to understanding social media. Building a section now will put EvanCarmichael.com is a great position a year down the road when people realize Social Media can produce more traffic than SEO. Jeff
