Jim McCraigh has been a principal of Business Growth Strategies since 1987. He is the author of numerous books including "How to Write Words that Sell" and "Successful QuickBooks Consulting". Mr. McCraigh also has extensive train-the-trainer and workshop experience, having presented and/or organized over 350 workshops/teleclasses over the last 24 years. As a past executive member of the National Speakers Association, Jim has addressed live audiences across the U.S. on a variety of marketing and public relations issues.
