Joint Venture Referral Relationships

Would you like to know how a local apartment complex increased it's occupancy by 30% in less than two weeks?

Would you like to learn the referral system they used to accomplish this amazing feat?

Well, if you read all the way to the end of this article, I'll not only tell you how they did it, but I'll even SHOW you exactly how they did it.

But First...I Want to Tell You About My Little Friend Who Fell Out of a Tree and Broke Her Arm In Two Places

Last Saturday I got a call from a friend of mine (actually, she works for me) who told me that one of her twin daughters had fallen out of a tree and broke her wrist and her upper arm.

Ouch!

Her and her husband immediately took her to the hospital where she had to stay overnight (her daughter was going to need surgery).

My friend has got five kids so I thought I'd go get some pizza for her other kids who were at home alone.

So I hopped in my SUV and drove over to Papa Johns. (the kids love Papa Johns pizza)

When I picked up my pizza I noticed a flyer on top of the box. The flyer was from a local apartment complex.

Want to See the Flyer?

Here it is...

When I saw it I was surprised.

You see, I know the manager of the apartment complex (the apartments are right next to my office).

We were talking one day and I shared with him this idea from my http://www.InstantReferralSystems.com program.

I told him to approach one of the pizza places in town to see if they would do a referral joint venture with him.

Well, most people don't go and implement what I tell them to do. So, as you can imagine, when I saw that flyer I was kind of shocked.

Here's a photo of the flyer attached to the Papa John's pizza box as I dropped it off at the kids house.

The deal that the apartment manager worked out with Papa John's was that the pizza business would get $300 for every person that moved into the apartment complex as a result of the flyer.

Earlier this week I walked over to talk to the manager and he said that this clever referral program increased his occupancy by 30% in less than two weeks.

(and of course he thanked me for telling him how to do the referral program)

You Can Apply this Same Referral Strategy in Your Business. Here's a Good Example...

Imagine that you're a mortgage broker and you wanted to target people in apartment complexes who want to move into their own home.

Did you know that a large majority of people who order pizza are apartment dwellers.

So why not create a special report titled, "How to Stop Paying Rent and Purchase Your Own Home for the Same Amount You're Paying in Rent Right Now."

Create a flyer that offers the special report by calling a toll-free number.

Now approach the local pizza place and offer to pay them $5.00 (or whatever amount) for each person who calls up and requests the special report in exchange for putting the flyer on each pizza box that goes out.

It's that simple.

Now Let's Take That One Step Further

Can you think of any other business that "delivers" stuff to people's doors that you could do a joint venture referral program with?

How about the local video rental store.

How many video rentals go out into the local community every day.

What if you offered to underwrite the cost of buying the video holders for the local video store in exchange for putting an advertisement on the back of the videos?

Imagine how many people would see your ad?

Hundreds of those videos go out into the local community every day!

As you can see, your only roadblock to massive referrals is your creativity and your courage to make it happen.

How Would You Like to See 105 More Referral Strategies?

Don't leave your Wallet on the table Don't leave your Wallet on the table - Targetzone, Evan has great points on targeting you package. Also I read the revenue model you mentioned and i believe you are leaving a lot of money on the table. Aisde from making just $15/sale of a package you could also be making income from sales generated after the people use the coupon on their second and ongoing visits to the Service/Product company. I've sent you a PM - We can talk more advanced strategies. BTW - I'm a Dollarmakers Member and have taken the Joint Venture BootCamp 101 and highly recommend it if you wish to pursue this idea. PM me privately and we can talk.

I mean if i really am going to hand over a lot of sensitive information to be handled by staff of your choosing, I'll need to know how you operate with total transparency.[/quote:3738ldxh] Ringo, 1) Send me an email with your proposal and if I like it I shall disclose all that your need. 2) That's my USP! Total transparency is a must when JVing with someone. Let me know your proposal and we may discuss it. In regards to staff dealing with your sensitive information, compartmentalize the data. Have different teams deal with only a section of the whole picture. [quote="ideasuniversity":3738ldxh]How long have you been doing this? But just an fyi that you will be seen as a spammer if you post the same thing on a bunch of different forums, especially if you post it more than once on any one forum. You should be careful about that because a lot of people are members of the same forums.
