Most of the stuff you send out, or give to people, letters, business cards, newsletters, brochures, etc. have something that may be lacking in your e-mails.
Look at them and you'll see your name, address, phone number, fax number, all the information anyone could possibly need to get in touch with you. Is it also on your e-mails?
Shouldn't it be?
If so, then what you need to make is a "signature" file. In Outlook Express, open the Tools menu, click on Options, then the Signatures tab. You'll see an empty box waiting for you to fill with information on how to contact you.
Fill it in, and check the boxes for where you want it added. Or you can add it to any message via the Insert menu.
If you send more e-mails than snail-mails, your 'signature' on them is as important as your address on your letterhead.
