The answer is CEO Peer Groups and if you are living in Toronto you have plenty of options to choose from to share your corporate trials and tribulations in a confidential, comfortable, supportive environment surrounded by those of similar standing and experience. There can be a great deal of pressure that CEOs face alone on a daily basis. Running a company is much like a course on un-chartered territory. Or is it? While every situation is different, when a group of CEOs join forces to discuss issues such as sales, marketing, human resources, asset management, quality control and more, a lot of similar situations crop up and similar solutions can be shared. That is just one of the great benefits that Toronto CEO Peer Groups offer their members - the ability to share best practices and resolve issues through the past experiences of other CEOs. So how do you choose an effective CEO Peer Group in Toronto? There are many important factors to consider. The first is ensure that the director of the group is cognizant of each member's expertise and is grouping the members in a way that is non-competitive and advantageous.
