Goal Setting and Execution – Successful entrepreneurs have a strong ability to set SMART goals and work towards executing these goals. What are SMART Goals? Simply put, they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound goals. Goals that have all of these characteristics are more likely to make an impact on a business. To take a goal and transition it to reality takes time, patience, vision, hard work and a creative, innovative mind.
