Think Strategically About Your Business

A challenge that many entrepreneurs face is that they spend so much time in the day to day operations of working with suppliers, partners, employees, investors and customers that they are no longer able to think about the big picture and where they want to take the company.

This is one of the advantages of having a Mastermind Group. While some of the questions that come up in our meetings are operations related (how can I handle this problem customer?) most of them are more strategic. We'll talk about launching new product lines, going after investment capital, and getting into new businesses. Because your Mastermind Group members are not involved in the day to day operations of your business they can provide you with an objective view of if your plans make sense or not.
