A fully maintained lease for a car offers a business or individual the use of the car for the period of the lease without having to bother about the maintenance of the vehicle. On the other hand if a company or a person were to own a car, its maintenance and servicing would be their primary responsibility. A fully maintained car lease has several advantages and in fact may be the reason that you choose to lease a car.

Advantages of a Fully Maintained Lease
• The company offering the lease takes full responsibility of the maintenance of the car and you don’t have to worry about it. So the car is in great working condition for you, all the time.
• At the end of the lease you don’t have any responsibilities towards the car and don’t have to bother about disposing it.
• The fully maintained lease ensures that servicing is available for the car within the state and also when the car is going outside state boundaries. This is wonderful for companies that require cars for frequent out of state business trips.
• The leasing company may take care of the insurance cover for the car.

A fully maintained car lease is an excellent choice for businesses and organizations because when the lease expires so do the financial commitments. Also this is a great way to account for the payments due for the cars. The payments for a lease are fixed and hence make them easy to account for.

The best time to open a new business - I agree. It depends on the business. However, in some cases there are ways around that if you allow yourself to open up to possibilities and get creative. For example, my husband and I are in the process of beginning a sport's store. We live in a touristy community with a lot of winter sports. We chose to open up to the possibility that there must be a way to succeed in the off season. Because we chose to think positively and look for solutions that fit what we want to do, all sorts of ideas started coming to us. We are now positive we have a plan that will succeed. So, the answer really depends on the business and your willingness to open up to new creative ideas around it.

A competent commercial real estate agent who specializes in restaurants and who would assist and advise on acquiring the right locations and also assist in negotiating the Term of Offer Clauses in the Lease Agreement. A competent Tax professional who would advise on maximizing revenues within the confines of legal parameters.

For instance, when I was doing research on my potential tennis shop idea, the Prince Tennis sales rep I spoke with was telling me how I would need to diversify my product line with more than just "tennis stuff". He suggested that I expand my product offering by also selling other "in-door" sport equipment for things like badminton, squash, volleyball and soccer in order to survive the winter months.
