Starting your own network marketing business can be exciting. But your chance for success may be limited.



Did you know that most network marketers fail? However, a new marketing method is helping to level the playing field. An easy home based business opportunity uses this community based or team based network marketing approach exclusively in its marketing. It provides you with the opportunity to achieve success – both quickly and easily.

So here is the question – why are so many network marketers failing? Here are a few answers:



1. A network marketing business is hard work. Many new network marketers are under the misconception that a home based business doesn’t require much work. But the fact is that you must work your business if it is to be successful.

In many ways, it is much like a regular 8-5 job. On the other hand, there are some differences. You can work your business on your own schedule. You are in control of your own destiny.

2. You must motivate yourself in a business. In most jobs, you are told what to do and when to do it. In a business, you must be a self-starter and be disciplined. You are responsible for every aspect of your business.

3. You must get the proper training and apply it in your business. New marketers are promised great support and training if they join a business. If the training is not there or if it is not compatible with your personality, you will fail. Appropriate training is critical to the success of your business.

4. Most businesses don’t generate profits quickly. If your business doesn’t bring in money quickly, you must be able to build your own list of leads and monetize that list.

5. You must succeed in all areas of marketing to be successful in your business. To me, this is one of the most critical problems for network marketers.

When you join a business, you may be shocked to find that you must be a top notch marketer, sales person, recruiter, motivator, and trainer. Very few network marketers are skilled in all of these areas. This can be very frustrating and lead to failure.

A critical change is occurring in the network marketing industry. It is called community or team based network marketing.



Team based network marketing is still in its infancy. It gives you the opportunity to work to your personal strengths. So if you are good at sales or relationship building, your marketing focus can be in the area of speaking with prospects.

If you have an interest in training, you can help train the new enrollees in your business. If you have experience in a certain area of marketing, you can assist the marketing effort in that area.

The bottom line in using this marketing method is that the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. Team based network marketing can result in huge momentum in building your business. It can also cause much quicker success.

By using this team based marketing approach, your business can be an easy home based business opportunity. It allows you to achieve success – something that was not likely in the past.
