Is Debt Settlement the RIGHT choice for you?

My name is Sean Boyett and I am the Operations Director at Credit Alliance Group in Dallas Texas. I have been in the Debt Settlement Industry for 5 years and have seen drastic, but much needed, changes that have taken place in this Industry. Credit Alliance Groupâ€TMs Hardship Debt Settlement Program is one of the most consumer friendly programs you will find. Please keep in mind that Debt Settlement Programs, more commonly known as Financial Hardship Programs, are designed for consumers that can no longer afford to properly address their unsecured debts. Ideal candidates for Debt Settlement Programs are consumers that have experienced some form of financial downfall due to a decrease in income, death, divorce, medical complication, or any other one of lifeâ€TMs "misfortunes" that are causing them to miss payments or be late with payments to creditors. Bad things happen to good people. This is where Debt Settlement will benefit the consumer public the most. These programs ARE NOT designed for consumers that CAN make on time monthly payments that are merely mad or upset with the creditors for raising interest rates, increasing their minimum payments, or both! There are other alternatives for these clients and Credit Alliance Group will gladly show you the best program for your needs â€" EVEN IF WE DO NOT OFFER IT. There are both positives and negatives to the Debt Settlement Industry. I would encourage any consumer that is in need of financial assistance to do their homework and obtain all of the facts before enrolling into any type of Debt Management or Debt Reduction Program. After all, itâ€TMs your financial well being that we are talking about. While enrolled into ANY Debt Settlement Program, your accounts will go delinquent or continue to go delinquent if you are already behind. Plain and Simple: Your creditors WILL NOT negotiate an account that is current. These delinquent or late payments and possible future “charge-offs†will reflect negatively on your credit report and drop your overall credit rating. Again, if you can make your payments... Debt Settlement IS NOT the program for you! Clients that are already behind and cannot make their payments, but want to salvage their credit scores, need to realize a few things: 1. Doing nothing will add to their debt and credit rating woes 2. By missing payments or making partial payments, consumers are doing the same negative damage to their credit report that a Debt Settlement Program would 3. The only way to ever begin rebuilding your already damaged credit is to deal with the debt that is causing your credit to drop Call Credit Alliance Group today and see what options are available to help you get your Financial Life BACK ON TRACK!

Re: Gap Between Rich and Poor Widens Re: Gap Between Rich and Poor Widens - What i believe about the gap between the rich and poor getting widens is a result of choice we make. Everyone has the right to chooce what he or she wants in life. You cannot choose for anyone. Check anywhere they say is the poorest in any part of the world, you will notice that there is still a rich person there. If there is no working knowledge, poverty and riches are everywhere but what turns them around is how you work on your choice in life. I read virtually majority who are rich in today in our world, were not born into the rich family. But they make choices to be rich using what they have to get what they need. Even in the Bible, it has been ordained that some people will be rich while some will be poor, not that God made that way but by the reason of choice everyone will determine what he or she becomes. What a good post we have here. Cheers!
Re: 40 cents per dollar is spent in a franchised business Re: 40 cents per dollar is spent in a franchised business - Hi Kevin and John: I definitely agree that it's a personal choice, but what makes it hard is that it is in essence a business decision as well. the mixture of the two and the weighing of each aspect makes it a difficult choice for me to understand. John, what kind of things go into the due diligence part? i think there must be more beyond understanding the nature of each franchise...such as the fit of the franchise with respect to location etc. owning a no-frill pizza franchise in a ritzy lifestyle-conscious neighborhood might not be as good as say a healthy juice-bar type of franchise etc. any market research help available out there?
Re: Are Economic Recessions Good for Franchising? Re: Are Economic Recessions Good for Franchising? - All we can do is remain wide awake and pay attention to the ebb and flow. My strategy is to be prepared and go with the flow. There could be some rough times ahead... Interestingly, our business has remained strong. I believe it's because we're in such a tight little niche and we're well positioned to sign jobs nationwide, therefore we're not restricted to location. We also target affluent markets that have higher disposable incomes - this we do locally. Here are some Franchise Categories that could weather a good recession...
