So many people are crushed by an overwhelming amount of things to do. Our home lives seem to be as chaotic as our work lives. Taking control of our tasks and responsibilities seems unreachable, at least to the majority. So where is a good place to start?
There are two schools of thought those who work from the top down and those who work from the bottom up, what do I mean by that? The majority of life coaches will advise you to find your purpose in life, to seek to know yourself, awareness of self being the starting point. Other coaches or Organisers will advise you to work from the bottom up, clearing the clutter to allow you to plan and focus ultimately identifying your purpose in life.
I believe a two pronged approach can be implemented, once you begin to become more organised you will automatically feel a release, you will automatically feel more focused, you will immediately clear the path and allow creativity to flow. You will become more aware of who you are and what you want from your life.
What is stopping you? pick up the book and start reading, attend that course in time management or productivity, get on that bus before you are left behind, don’t miss the signs that will carry you to the next bus stop, the next phase of your personal growth and passage to self contentment.
Good Luck
