Coaching is for everybody!

Coaching is not reserved exclusively for the elite executives of Fortune 500 companies. Coaching is for any person wanting to accelerate their professional growth and career development.

There are many varieties of coaches: executive, life, business, sports, academic... you get the picture... but they all have something in common. Simply stated, a coach's job is to help you reach your full potential. Some people can do it on their own, but most of us need help to get there. Consider the world's top athletes. They all have coaches whether on a court, a field, a course, or a diamond; they all have somebody watching them, ready to step in to suggest improvements, point out the good, and define the steps needed to eliminate bad habits.

So why aren't there more business or executive coaches? In fact, statistics indicate that the use of coaches is on the rise Executive Coaching is becoming a tool more widely recognized and utilized to rapidly increase leadership effectiveness and influence in organizations of all sizes. Clarity or "KEEP IT SIMPLE" is probably the best advice anyone can ever give or get when involved in any business or personal situation. Over 30 years of manufacturing ladies apparel has taught me two critical business lessons: 1-You will never get a 100% perfect outcome so In the BEGINNING,take your time, exhaust all your resources and energy and plan, plan, plan. . . If it STARTS off right it you'll get close to the desired outcome. 2-Keep it simple I now will add "Clarity" to my formula for success. CLARITY AND KEEPING IT SIMPLE BREEDS SUCCESS . . . .
