Have all of the materials you need
* task lists
* phone numbers
* names
* other materials
* etc.
Pick an hour each day that you will be dedicated to your business
When are you most alert? When are you least distracted? Early in the morning? Late in the afternoon? Pick a hour where you can be really focused and then work through those 4 major areas and knock it out of the park!
