Having worked as an executive and a Human Resources leader for a wide range of companies across multiple industries, she possesses a strong leadership and management background to support organization's development. She brings her 20 years of Human Resources and Human Capital Development experience so that she understands how to work with employees, business leaders, and owners. She also understands how organizational culture often restricts growth and leadership development. Her expertise is in bridging the gap and creating partnerships between employers and employees, resulting in improved performance and increased productivity.

In her position as the HR director for an 800 employee organization, Alexandra transformed the organization and spearheaded its growth. In a 6 month period, she doubled the size of the company and the size of the HR department, by growing sales 140%.

She was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is fluent in Russian.

Alexandra holds an MBA and an SPHR certification (nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources).
