Characteristics of the entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurial characteristics are acquired and developed; they are not innate, as a gift we received since we were born.

The bottom line is that people must learn to act and think for themselves, with creativity, leadership and vision to innovate and take place in the market, transforming this act also in pleasure and emotion.

We should reconcile the "work world" with the pleasure of human achievement and quality of life.

The entrepreneur always wants to realize his own dreams, is someone who has persistently pursued self-realization. He learns from mistakes and failures which does not make him discouraged. The point is never give up.

The entrepreneur believes he can convince people to carry out with their dreams.

He has the ability to put the destiny in his favor, he is sure to make a difference in the world. He has an internal notion of success, he has ambition.

The factors of success which I have learned from everyday in my life are:

Learn more instead of doing more;

Change your ideas, change your reality. Do not complain. Bet on the new.

Do what you like;

Identify what you really want and eliminate the negative;

Focus on your dream or desire. Take the word "no" out of your life, for example, say "I can" instead of "I can not";

Do what gives you energy;

Have fun;

Anything is possible if you believe you can do it;

Do things in a different way;

Do not take unnecessary risks, but take calculated ones if the opportunity is right;

Make the opportunity and the excellent results your obsession;

Making money is much more fun than spending;

Be proud of your achievements, this is contagious!;

If there is talent and the entrepreneur has the required characteristics, the money will come;

The entrepreneur seeks personal fulfillment, control of his own destiny and the realization of his dreams.

Being is more important than know, the company is the fruit of our dreams, is the projection of our inner image, we create wealth and reap the fruits of dreams, our company is the construction of human freedom.

The end of this reading is the beginning of a new frontier
