Success depends on change

"Men would not have obtained the possible if they had not struggled to achieve the impossible." Max Weber

Who want constant success must change his conduct through the times, to achieve the impossible demands changes. The basic principle about struggling for survival of every human being is the adaptation to changes.

Changes... It is attractive to talk about changes, it wakes up our imagination, our spirit of adventure. Imagine one beautiful future, elaborate new scenarios, new ways to run, new activities to do.

However on the business and personal life is difficult to accept changes. It is difficult to transform ideas and dreams, visions and desires into reality. Changes cause specific reactions in people; it brings a package of feelings as anxiety, loss, threat, fear and rejection.

We are more driven by feelings than by logic. To change ourselves it is necessary to 'unfreeze' old patterns, let go of old habits, old behaviors, and past beliefs must be set aside, we need to be flexible and our eyes should point to new horizons. We must welcome new behaviors and create the ability to self-renew.

Learning is a model of change; people can continually expand their capacity to create results they really want, we can learn to be better, improve skills, read about how success people did and take good examples for our personal lives.

The only competitive advantage in business is the ability to learn faster than competitors about creative learning, group synergy, technology, the right knowledge about the purpose of change and what the beneficial consequences of it.

The willingness to change depends on all members of the organization. In a company everyone is equally responsible for the success of the work; everyone needs to be involved, to be motivated, and to have responsibility and commitment.

Everyone must have emotional balance, be sensible, learn how to listen, to tolerate conflicts and express positive feelings.

Here are some keywords to a good new transformation process: release of emotions, denial of negative thoughts, good communication, cooperation and collaboration, overview of the goals of the group.

Rules for Web writing Rules for Web writing - [quote:kmx8v5pv]e problem with finding a book about writing for the web is that the rules change on a regular basis and much of the info could be out of date.[/quote:kmx8v5pv] Well, I don't know if the rules change so much, as the knowledge of how people use the internet increases. For example, from what I've read you're always supposed to put all the info on the "top fold" so that people don't have to scroll down for a lot of info. And where should the nav bar go, across the top or along the side... I also think it depends on the age level of the audience you're shooting for. I don't think most people under 20 are capable of concentrating on a page that has more than one screen of info, whereas older people are used to reading and processing data, and don't have such problems..
Re: Starbucks: Licensing vs Joint-Venture Re: Starbucks: Licensing vs Joint-Venture - Its "growing pains" on a successful franchise level. If you think about it, could anyone have actually ever predicted Starbuck's most recent outcome? They are now struggling to do something they did so well all along, simply change, or at least alter what direction they were headed. No matter what your idea of where your business should be is, for the future, outside determining factors will most certainly change - its your ability to change and follow the natural business course (if there is one) that then becomes significant. Simply, have a good idea of what it is you want to be in business, but don't force out change along the way. Adapt to it, or at least try and learn to adapt to the change.
Re: what makes your business unique? Re: what makes your business unique? - Certainly it depends upon the change! Like now days people are more busy on internet so whatsoever is your business it should also get success on internet as well. Business grow when people take interest in it. Internet marketing is the new technique to get success over the web.
Re: Social media Re: Social media - I think it it depends on your business. There is not a clear and concise way to success while using Facebook or Twitter. It depends if it suits to your business and how you use them.
