Cash advance for business requires the borrower to sell a percentage of the business’s future credit card transaction for the length of the payback period.

The lender usually reviews past credit card transaction records and lends the cash taking into account the monthly revenue of his business. Cash advance for business repayment represents an agreement between the lender and borrower, the lender taking a certain percentage of the borrower’s credit card receipts in order to repay the cash advance. Cash advance for business has no fixed payment schedules and no due dates for repayments, the lender being repaid through credit card sales.

The grant can be used for anything you want for your business (down payment to a seller or franchise fees, working capital...etc.) This puts the borrower in a pretty good position.
