Marketing your Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Consultants

I believe that Lean Six Sigma Consulting has the greatest opportunity ever and in my terms, opportunity = NEED. What we need is the greatest transformation of efficiencies from know-how to implementation, and I think Lean Six Sigma is ideally suited to fulfill that need. The Duct Tape Marketing principles state that marketing is defined as getting someone with a need to know, like, trust and refer you. Now depending on the strength of that need, it will determine how much effort you need to spend in getting them to know, like...you. Marketing your Black Belt is a 30-minute webinar based specifically on addressing these issues:

1. Customer Acquisition: The process of finding new customers is expensive.

2. Marketing: Advertising is expensive, and you may not have the specialized skills or time to create sophisticated websites or professional-looking marketing materials.

3. Customer Retention: It is hard to stretch limited resources in order to spend time with existing customers while trying to acquire new ones.

4. Communication & Collaboration: Your customers need to be able to stay in touch with you from anywhere.

5. Covering All Aspects Of Marketing: You don't have time to become an expert in every role required to market your business

So, who will benefit . . .

• If you want to take your company to the next level.

• If you can't seem to get your marketing unstuck

• If you simply know that your organization could do better.

• If you are just starting your organization.

Put a marketing system to work for your organization. Designed to give Lean Six Sigma practitioners a simple, effective and affordable approach to marketing.

This is not about coaching you to make better decision or better use of your time, it is about installing a repeatable process that becomes part of your culture. Use of proven methodologies enables customers to build applications in a very short amount of time. The result is increased development speed, higher customer satisfaction and decreased time. Utilizing this method, you spend your time on the need versus the plan. The simplicity of a single flexible model will create clarity for your staff and as a result better execution.

How many times has a good idea failed because of a poor plan or execution? For start-ups and established organizations alike, Business901 provides effective but easy to use methodologies. It is flexible enough to allow you to apply your own ideas, while giving you guidance before, during and after.

Still wondering if you should attend? Are you using a tri-fold brochure, tons of product material, post cards, 4-color advertisements, a profile or two of yourself and maybe attending a network event or two, YOU NEED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.

The question you must ask yourself:

How Good are you at Marketing Yourself?

Why pay a Consultant? Why pay a Consultant? - Consultants can bring you into contact with a Funding Source but how do you tell whether a consultant will be successful beforehand? Professional Consultants ALWAYS ask for some kind of retainer so that they can feel they're not being used by a 'chancer'. However, when raising funding, a real consultant will offer to REFUND THAT RETAINER out of the % BROKERAGE he charges, payable once he finds your Funding Source, and payable from initial disbursements. Retainers only cover part of the costs that a consultant has to pay while working on behalf of the Client. Their real wages come from the agreed upon Brokerage, received when they are successful on the Client's behalf.

Three days later Three days later - Well, it's been only 3 days since that horrible last month of summer vacation ended, and in these 3 days my hits are back up to what they were before Black August came along. So I'm thinking that, indeed, it wasn't my new navigation bar, but simply that people were out rushing around trying to jam in activities before school started again, and now that things are back to normal in their lives... they will return to normal on my site! My site numbers had been holding steady for about 3 months, before Black August...I had hoped that the classy-looking new nav bar would actually help increase my numbers, as I think it adds a professional gloss to the whole website that was lacking before...but so far I'm just still ....steady... with those previous 3 months, not really increasing.
