Why Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?

There was a time, when retailers / shop-owners knew all their customers personally. They knew their preferences, likes and dislikes. With this knowledge, retailers were able to respond quickly to each customer individually. They were able to build friendships interacting with their customers. Along the way of growing chains and building malls and promoting self-service, many retailers lost touch with their customers.

To recognize the value of customer loyalty, retailers are now re-building personal relationships with their customers. Customer has become more straight forward, intelligent and knows what he wants.

Your Customer expects more from you. More Information. More Accuracy. More Responsiveness. More Real-Time transactions. Before you can meet their expectations, you need an automation partner that can meet your expectations.

That’s CRM or loyalty program. With CRM or loyalty program, you can expect more of the knowledge and experience you need to deliver accurate real-time information across your entire service chain - from single store to chain of stores.
