••••••>Free Top SEO Tip: Do Not Leave Abandoned Web Pages on Your Site; It’s Not Good for SEO

If you create hundreds of web pages, you must make sure that every single page in your large website is linked to at least one other page on your site. If a search engine spider or web crawler cannot get to your web pages via links, the pages are considered abandoned or orphaned and this will lower your search engine rankings because orphaned pages will not be listed.

Google and other Search Engine Spiders assess your website by electronically following every single link you offer on your site index page/home page or landing page. The links are followed directly to all of your website subpages and if a page is not, in some manner directly connected to the primary page of your website via some type of link, you will most likely lose out on a page being indexed in major search engines.

Running periodic checks on all of the links and subpage links on your website is just part and parcel of good search engine optimization practices. Be sure that there are no broken links as well, as they would have the same negative effect on the search spider and your SEO rankings. Doing so will help you ensure that none of your hard work goes unnoticed and that everything you have to offer on the Internet is being supplied to web visitors with superior ease of accessibility? The more web pages you can get indexed, the easier it will be to locate the information and or products and services you are trying to provide.

Additionally, consider creating a sitemap xml file. This file, when present, will provide a roadmap for Google and the Spiders to see each and every page included in your website. The sitemap also contains information that is utilized in determining the pages importance or relevancy, when it was last updated and how often the search spider should return to rescan your website for new pages or content. Providing the sitemap.xml file and interlinking of all your website pages will help assure you are ranked #1 in Google for your important keywords and phrases.

Re: Facebook Fan Pages Re: Facebook Fan Pages - What will always draw me to something valuable in Facebook Fan Pages is how they are giving information on a regular basis so that's what I could recommend. Generate more interesting contents on a regular basis and yes, giving freebies to those active followers could even motivate the others more. Good luck!
