••••••>SEO Tip of the Day: Keyword Rich Articles for SEO

Keyword rich and unique content is the focus of all successful SEO campaigns. Content creators understand that SEO is all for naught if the content is not compelling or interesting. Keyword rich embedded in the pages is one of the most effective tools to get a better rank (SERP) in search engines results. The following are some pointers that will guide how you in writing keyword rich write content and articles for best in class SEO.

1) Place more keywords on the first 200 words of your article. Search engine spiders read from the top down. Keywords that are in your content at the top of the page will have a much better chance of being spidered.

2) Find the balance between keeping the optimum amount of keywords without sounding unnatural. Talented SEO writers have mastered the craft, knowing how to make content sound natural while reaching the proper keyword rich density.

3) Do your homework before writing articles. Keywords are for search spiders; but the articles are read by people, not search engine spiders.

4) Place high ranking keywords on the headers and sub-headers of the article and .

5) Google recognizes older articles that still attract a high readership. If your article has a high base traffic, you can tweak it a little to increase the rankings, assuring that the most desirable keywords are within the content.

6) The recommended keyword density is 2% to 6% for Google.MSN allows densities from 6% to 9% while Yahoo works with keyword densities between 4% and 9%. Google tends not rely on keywords as much as other major search engines.

Re: Keyword Selection Re: Keyword Selection - Hi All, Very interesting topic of discussion! Website success mainly depends upon the target keywords so the keywords should be relevant to website theme. Long tail keywords often rank easily in SERP. You can also use Ad word Keyword tool for keyword selection. Keyword having less competition and high monthly search volume are easy to rank.
Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategies Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategies - I'd disagree with the first point. Keyword research is important, but it should not be the complete focus when doing niche research. A niche is typically made up of thousands of keywords, and researching them all is very difficult, because the keyword tools won't tell you what most of them are. Plus a niche is not a bunch of keywords, it is a demographic interested in a particular topic. You need to learn about the people in this demographic. Keyword research tells you their search habits and gives clues to competitiveness and potential profit, but you are looking at through a very narrow window of a much bigger picture.
