••••••>SEO Tip of the Day: SEO for the Lifetime of Your Website

Do not make the mistake of believing, like so many neophyte website builders do, that site SEO stops after the website has been established. The latter contention is dead wrong. Even if you obtain fantastic website rankings from the outset, the face of the Internet is forever changing: competition is on the rise, new companies form, new websites and literally millions of web pages are established every day, and you will soon discover that your web site pages that once were indexed or even #1 on Google have suddenly disappeared from view.

Search Engine Optimization must be done for the lifetime of the website if you wish to maintain top search engine rankings. This means that the webmaster must be willing to evolve with the times, learn new techniques, keep up with the Algorithm changes, change the way he or she performs SEO based on the best SEO methods at the time, and that the webmaster must continually monitor a website's overall performance. Web analytic tools can prove intensely helpful in this regard; it can supply information on new keywords, what types of browsers people are using to access a site, what errors people are receiving if any, and it can reveal information about a website's overall performance. Google Analytics is the current Gold standard (better yet, it is now free), providing 1000's of data points. The problem with doing your own SEO is keeping up with the myriad of SEO changes, understanding the data and then reacting to them. Hiring the Top SEO Company in Manhattan NY, GetMeOnTop will get you #1 on Google and do all the work and keeping up for you.

If you plan on doing SEO yourself, you as your own Webmaster must simply never give up on the practice of search engine optimization. A website must remain in a continual state of evolution, changing with new SEO best practices. This practice will help you, your own SEO Webmaster keep a site alive, top ranked and thriving on the World Wide Web.

I wrote a press release to market my stock market coaching business for women. Well, within hours, I received a phone call from a representative at Lifetime Television. They invited me to be on The Balancing Act, a morning tv show, which airs nationally to 2 million people in my target market...women!! As most people know, Lifetime is known as the Womens Network. I am sooo excited! I will be taping the interview in November, and it will air in January 2011. Press releases are a great method for marketing your business, especially when you can highlight what makes your business unique. Aneshia
