Flash applications can be very tempting because they are unique, eye-catching, and definitely attractive, but the use of Flash can actually have a negative effect on your search engine optimzation efforts, making it nearly impossible to rank #1 Google.

Using Flash applications on your site, like in an introduction page, makes it next to impossible for you to provide links within the page that the search engine spiders/web crawlers will read. What's more, making your entire site in flash can seriously hinder your ability to get your site listed in Local search and in major search engines across the Internet. Search engine spiders and web crawlers have a terrible time when it comes to reading a flash intro on a website, and honestly potential website browsers can also get annoyed, adding time and clicks to get to the information they are seeking. In a worst case scenario your homepage or deep web pages if even listed in search engines (SERP) will contain little or no descriptive information or more likely may not get listed in top rankings at all, let alone being #1 in Google. The search engines don't pay much attention to keyword metatags, and using javascript/flash just means the search engines can't "read" it (so if your menu is javascript, for instance, the search engine won't see any keywords you might have in there.)
Web Designing - Web designing is huge right now. There are some many methods and different programming codes; ASP, JAVA, PHP, MySQL, Flash just to name a few..... One basic code you should learn is HTML. There are two ways to do this - actually coding by hand or turn to a code generator, which are becoming pretty popular, because it is more drag and drop rather then learning a new language. Search for FrontPage or Dreamweaver. They are the most popular HTML Generators. That will start you with learning the setup of websites. There are plenty of tutorials online, so whenever I get stuck I Google search for the solution. Haven’t failed me yet.
Re: About: product production! - Kevin, When was the last time you were in a fight? Copying artwork is a crime. If you copyright or register a trademark for your work your case will be a slam dunk. Don't be afraid to go toe to toe with a thief. I have been amazed at how fast people will back off when they realize they are dealing with someone that understands their rights. True the patent office is nothing more than a place of registry and does not enforce the law. Times and attitudes change I recommend you watch "Flash of Genius" Fifty years ago if you said America will have a black President people would have laughed you out of the room
