1. Download Wordpress

3. Choose a theme for your design: There are 1,000's of places where you can download free & paid wordpress themes. My favorite & what I recommend for this tutorial is ThemeForest's Corporate Wordpress Themes. Themeforest wordpress themes are easy to install and you should not have any trouble with them.

There are many themes on ThemeForest you can buy for under $40. So if you can learn how to install wordpress your costs will be $40 for the theme, $10 for a domain name, and lets say $10 a month for web hosting. I have listed my favorite themes that could be used for a corporation or small business below.

• This business wordpress theme does a great job showcasing products. It would be great for a company that has 1-10 products they want to showcase. It would also could be easily modified for a company that offers 1-10 services. The portfolio mod works very well.

• This theme is another design great for businesses who want to showcase a portfolio. The home page is very simple which gives a nice professional corporate feel.

• This is an amazing design and one of the most popular on themeforest. Remarkably, it is built well for people who do not know wordpress too well. It is very easy to learn.

• If you need your images to be "in focus" this is the design for you. It is built so images come in clear & stick out to users. It would be great for a architect firm, landscaping, interior design, etc...

• A very different look & feel than most wordpress themes. This would be great for a larger organization that has multiple staff members and publishes many white papers.

• Pandora's template would be great for people looking to promote 1 main product/service; especially a software application.

Don't forget to install Wordpress SEO Pack into any side you build so it is search engine friendly. If you don't want to install the software yourself just search for "Wordpress Install" or "Wordpress Installation" and you will find a company to do it.
