In the present days, where most people lead a busy life at work with pressure and responsibilities, having a High Blood Pressure seems to be one of the common ailments amongst many people. Recent statistics in UK shows that one in five people in UK have High Blood Pressure.

High Blood Pressure or, as it is also called, Hypertension, is usually caused due to increase in the force exerted on the walls of the arteries by the blood flowing through the arteries in the body. The consequences of High Blood Pressure can be dangerous and lead to severe complications. Hence a proper and effective High Blood Pressure Treatment is essential.

Most people do not experience any particular symptoms due to the High Blood Pressure. Hence it is usually difficult for a person to know if he or she has a high blood pressure unless he goes in for a checkup and gets his Blood Pressure measured. However, in some cases, High Blood Pressure causes headache, dizziness and blurred vision. In some cases, vomiting and nausea along with chest pain and breathing problems are also experienced.

High Blood Pressure Treatment is usually different based on the severity of the problem. Medicines such as ACE inhibitors are used, which have an effective property of decreasing the angiotensin II hormones production in the body. This hormone usually makes the blood vessels narrow and hence decreasing the production of these helps in decreasing the blood pressure.

Hypertension Treatment can be done using medicines such as Beta- blockers which effectively block the effect caused by the sympathetic nervous system. This helps in relaxing the heart beat rate and thus improving the blood flow in the veins and eventually decreasing blood flow. Calcium-channel blocker is another type of medication which effectively reduces the muscle tension between the arteries, eventually widening the arteries and making enough room for the flow of blood. All natural remedies often have a positive effect on reducing blood pressure without any side effects. However, understanding the severity and importance of High Blood Pressure Treatment or Hypertension Treatment, the right medication is to be decided only by a qualified medical doctor who investigates the situation of the patient for a proper diagnosis.

Re: How many nationalities are on the forum? - Hi there, It is amazing the languages have come into the posts. Now Jude was asked, how many languages she speaks. Please, come and tell us. I speak English, German and French. German is my mother tongue. Some thirty years ago I spoke fluently French. Now English has taken that place and I can better understand French than speaking it. English is now my daily used language. German in second place. However, I never grasped the German grammar very much. Why? The Swiss German Dialect is nothing to be compared with High German. At that time hardly anybody wrote the Dialect. Today it is the 'in thing' to write the dialect. (Letters, stories etc) But we have to be able to read High German, because every book, newspaper etc is in High German. Finally, I guess there are a few more who can vote for their nationality.

Could you be distributing content (that is what search engines index) more effectively? In a perfect world, who would you want promoting your website, web pages, and web content? Re: Are Economic Recessions Good for Franchising? - well, I can't give you any verified stats at the moment. But, it's a fact that as more and more people face layoffs they look in the direction of franchising. These are folks that need the security of a proven business model and have resources to jump into a franchise. It's a clear trend that has been witnessed in past recessions. My concern is that we are not in a simple recession... If you look at a recession as a big storm that will create some havoc and disrupt lives, then the events we're facing in the near future could be a supersized hurricane. We're heading into uncharted waters. High fuel costs, which will probably fluctuate for a while then jump again High debt loads... now in the trillions Sinking housing market... how low will it go? The US war machine is in full swing... with eyes on IRAN All of these factors are clashing to create the Perfect Storm and I don't like it one bit. I tell ya, there's a bunch of madmen at the helm. So how does this bode for franchising? jeez... I don't know... I'm gonna get myself a double scotch on the rocks. Cheers.
Re: Reached 2 year mark and not sure what to do next - Hi Franklin007, I know your post was old and surprised it wasn't answered but hey i will have a go at it. Blood, sweat and tears should be valued when it comes to the value of a business, however, considering they say a business move mark is 2 years, I would say you are doing pretty well for no startup capital, you and your partner should be proud of yourselves, pat on the back for you both (as a business owner who sleeps 4 hours a night and works 7 days a week, i know your pain). Valuing a business can be done many ways, the best suggestion I could give would be to talk to a business broker followed by an accountant, no disrespect to business brokers, however, I have had many discussions with several of them and no, i won't, i just suggest talk to a couple of business brokers for their advice then see your accountant etc. With your business you created, their is more to it than just "whats in the bank" you have a customer base of advertisers, you have a subscriber base or could potentially get one, you have software/hardware, printers or whatever equipment you may have, all of this together forms your business, therefore it all shoudl be considered.
