Good Hearted Living

If you are not familiar with the World Laughter Tour, you really should be! You can find out all about this wonderful project at WorldLaughterTour. I am a proud Certified Laughter Leader conducting laughter clubs in which participants experience the true physiological benefits of laughter, while we mix in some simple Yoga and light physical exercise. The end result is a room full of people feeling fantastic, euphoric and oh, so happy!

One of the things we advocate and discuss at Laughter Club sessions is “Good-Hearted Living”, a simple and wonderful way to live. Here’s what it’s all about…

consider it, live it (see how good you feel as you do) and PASS IT ON (imagine what the world would be like if we all lived this way).

Print this out, wake up each day and make a point of following the rule for that day. Before you know it, you’ll be living all of this every day and really, it just makes every day better for you and those you encounter.

Follow these daily practices to prevent Hardening of the Attitudes and Add More Laughter to Your Life

Mondays are for Compliments

Look for the good in others, tell them about it and you might just end up laughing together.

Tuesdays are for Flexibility

An open mind lets the laughter in. It is a good thing to be open to new ideas. There is no laughter in being stubborn.

Wednesdays are for Gratitude

An attitude of gratitude can bring serenity and laughter.

Thursdays are for Kindness

Simple kindness may be the most vital link to human beings living together in peace and caring for a planet we all share.

Fridays are for Forgiveness

Releasing anger makes you healthier and opens up room in your heart for more laughter. Let go of anger.

Weekends are for Chocolate

Remember to enjoy any of your favorite things. Take time for leisure, pleasure & relaxation.

Steve Wilson, President, World Laughter Tour

Re: How does an entrepreneur stay energized? Re: How does an entrepreneur stay energized? - Hi there, This subject is not only for entrepreneurs. Everybody can benefit from this, that is the reason why 'Healthy Living and Eating' is a multi billion Dollar business. Often I smile, because so much is written about it. So many different business are blooming and doing well. Whilst there is so much knowledge and opportunity to be healthy and well, the need is still growing. There is so much that could be said. The cheapest form of energy is gained by a good sleep.
Inspiration for Logos Inspiration for Logos - When a Buddhist looks at a Tibetan flag one of the first thing that pops in their mind is admiration respect. After assimilating that they keep thinking and repression might come next. Living as part of a communist nation may bring lots of feelings. Chastity, prayer, humility all these virtues are all mixed. When you want a client to think of your Logo may this not be an example of what he thinks. Let its all be positive and with hope of something better coming.
