Kick the Competition to the Curb & Sell Like Crazy

As if it hasn’t been tough already it’s going to get a whole lot tougher. You either do what it takes to win, or you’ll get taken out of the game. It’s every man for himself.

Good advice in the past would have told you to be more knowledgeable, quicker to respond, and easier to do business with than the competition. And that’s still good advice, but it’s not enough. And it leaves out some key points for sales success.

For example, what kind of knowledge do you need? Most salespeople mistakenly think if they have superior knowledge about their product or service that’s enough. That knowledge alone won’t even get you on the field let alone in the game.

In fact, you can succeed faster with less product or service knowledge than the competition. The knowledge you need, the knowledge that will blow your competition off the field and out of the game is the knowledge important to the client. That means you have to know more about your ideal clients than the competition.

You need to know your ideal clients so well you can pinpoint how to find them with laser accuracy. Once you have them in your sights then you have to know how to communicate with them in a way that gets them to literally turn their heads and place all their focus on you and what you have to say. You can’t do that until you know a lot about them.

You need to know what they’re looking for. You need to know how they talk about it. You need to know exactly what they want and how you can tailor what you do to fill those wants better than the competition.

Re: Congratultations to GT! Re: Congratultations to GT! - Hi GT, Competition is great and i know I wouldn't be here without it, but it is not the main reason for posting and participating. But I admit, it is the trigger I need to get some work done. If there is none, i create one for myself and try to make it. First prize is ice cream.
Setting Up an Affiliate Program Setting Up an Affiliate Program - I've been looking at some affiliate site options and am leaning toward AWeber.com. Some of the reasons are because I would like to have my email service, my auto responder and y affiliate program all in one place. At this point, I can't justify $99 a month for some of the other options like 1 Shopping Cart and Kick Start Cart. I also would like the option to automatically download an ebook through their program once payment is made. Anyone tried something that they really like that had a decent price and that was dependable?? Shri
Re: We Have Another One... Re: We Have Another One... - Crazy story... Today I visited around 10 or so internet marketing related forums that I either have never been to before, or that I haven't been to in a very long time. Guess what?... Every one of them, and I really mean EVERY one, had posts from none other than our faithful spammer, journeyoflife7. And some of them even had members complaining about him because they had caught on to his copy/paste tactics. This guy is relentless!
