Marlene says; “My approach is a common sense one and, if ever I get to the stage when I am baffling my clients with ‘trade talk’, then I feel I have failed. I have made things deliberately simple and have divided the services so that customers can buy the service that they want and that’s right for them. Of course I love it when someone comes to me for all their property needs but, unusually, I don’t insist that everything is so complex that it can only be handled by a skilled estate agent! Most of my clients are very savvy individuals and, while they may need to buy in some of my professional skills, many elements of my work they could readily handle themselves, if it weren’t for pressures of time and a recognition that the Joys Of Housemoving are often ruined by the accompanying hassle.”
