The Magnetic Mindset
Do you have a magnetic mindset? Are others drawn to you? As we define it, a magnetic mindset is one that attracts others. But attracting others is not all there is to being magnetic.
People with a magnetic mindset are rich in many ways. They have discovered how to do what they love, serve others and create a life that brings them happiness. You can increase your own magnetism if you focus and take action on the key magnetic mindset principles that will enhance both your personal and professional lives.
1. Follow Your Passion – Live your life with passion by pursuing areas that you love. You will find true happiness and bliss if you spend your days pursuing what really matters to you.
2. Invest In Yourself – Your personal and professional development should be a lifetime process. Changing your mind and developing your skills is the one thing that will always pay dividends. Continue to sharpen “your ax” so that you are able to address and handle new situations and challenges.
3. Maintain Your Health – It’s not enough to develop your mind and attitude, if you fail to honor and take care of your body. Create a healthy lifestyle that promotes a strong body and spirit.
4. Focus On Relationships – People make a difference in your life and you can make a difference in the lives of others. Choosing the right relationships and nurturing those relationships will pay dividends. Whether they’re business or personal relationships, your life is enriched by the people that you surround yourself with and the depth of the experiences you share.
5. Serve A Higher Purpose – What’s your purpose for being? How can you make a difference in the world? Whether it’s through a calling to your religion or serving others, find out how your life and work can make a difference. Determine your personal vision.
6. Have The Right Attitude – This is the granddaddy of all the principles. By being open to the world around you, you can see the possibilities instead of the roadblocks. With the right attitude, you will have the self-confidence to be the best you.
7. Be Different – To be different, you need to think differently. Find ways that set you and your work apart. Success and wealth come to those that are able to distinguish themselves.
8. Embrace Change – It’s not enough to accept change. You must embrace change because it is a constant. How can you use change to seize new opportunities? What changes can you make to improve yourself?
9. Stop Doing What You Hate – It’s not enough to figure out what you love, you must also figure out what you don’t enjoy. Determine those activities or jobs that pull you down. Once you’ve identified them, figure out ways to eliminate, outsource or delegate the things that you don’t want to do.
10. Set And Achieve Goals – It’s important to know what you want to achieve so that you can develop a plan to make your goals a reality. Take the time to articulate and write out your goals for all areas of your life. Once written, you must follow a disciplined process to reach your goals.
11. Be Present – In your life, “you must be present to win.” In other words, you have to engage with the here and now, whatever that might be. Make the best of where you are and what you are doing. Don’t wait on the sidelines of life. Jump in and participate.
12. Don’t Focus On The Money – Money is not the answer. If you focus on money, you will lose site of what’s important. Money will follow passion and hard work. In his research, Peter Lynch interviewed 5,000 millionaires and found that they spend an average of six minutes daily on personal finance. Focus your time on what you will do, not how much money you have or don’t have.
13. Take Action – By creating a sense of urgency and focusing on what needs to get done, you will set yourself apart from the masses. Most people fail to take the right action consistently to live the life they want. Without action, nothing happens.
14. Act With Integrity – Do what you say you are going to do – not sometimes but all the time. People want to be with others who they can count on; people that they respect and trust. By demonstrating integrity and a strong character, you will enhance your credibility.
15. Find Your Voice – Be yourself. Be the authentic you and embrace yourself. It’s impossible to be the best you can be by pretending to be somebody that you’re not.
16. Be An Expert – Expertise will set you apart. In work, people are compensated based on the value they provide. Consequently, experts are always paid more than others in their field. It’s difficult to be a true expert in a variety of topics or areas, so specialization is critical to developing expertise.
17. Take 100% Responsibility – This means no excuses. Forget what you can’t do and figure out how you can make things happen. By taking 100% responsibility for everything in your life, you will create a radically different and better life.
18. Create Systems – By creating systems, you can streamline your most precious commodity, your time. Systems will allow you to be more effective and efficient. You won’t have to reinvent the wheel. The right systems not only allow you to focus on higher level activities, it also provides a model where tasks and responsibilities can be delegated and successfully handled by others.
19. Be Prepared – In any situation, you need to know what to do. Spend time planning and preparing for your daily demands and activities. By anticipating what needs to be done and how it can be done, you will avoid adopting a “winging it” approach.
20. Get And Be A Mentor – Find individuals in your life that you connect with and can learn from. Whether it’s a one-on-one mentoring relationship or a mastermind group, challenge yourself through the experience and insights of others. You can gain and give so much through the right mentoring relationships.
21. Think Deeply – It seems so simple, but so many of us just don’t take the time to really think. You should think about your life and how you can create and shape it to serve your purpose. Give critical thinking a chance by blocking time off to think deeply. With deep thinking comes personal reflection and revelations that will help you achieve what you are capable of achieving.
22. Find Balance – The proper balance will remove stress and give you the life that you desire. Finding balance between all your interests and goals will increase your well-being and happiness.
23. Be Selfless – Think of others before you think of yourself. Look for ways that you can help those around you. Make a positive difference. Think how your actions impact others and act accordingly. While being selfless is not about you, you will surely reap the bounty of living this principle.

Magnetic Ads - Biz Idea
- Attn Young Entrepreneurs looking for a Business Idea.
This came to me while sitting in Traffic for about 1 hour while looking and laughing at ridiculous bumper stickers.
Note: this idea is rough but will help get the idea-momentum going.
Idea: Sell advertising on the back of cars in the form of reusable magnetic signs (about the length of 2 or 3 bumper stickers)
Most people shouldn't have reservations to participating if they get a cut of the monthly fee you charge the company advertising and it doesn't hurt their car.
An example of a Magnetic Ad:
Geico: I saved 15% on my Car Insurance. Call 1-800-U-SAVE-15
You don't have to pay the cost associated with creating the Magnetic Ad because you will advise the company that this belongs to them and you can get them in touch with someone who created reusable magnets.
So your basically managing two sides:
1. Company's that want to advertise
2. People in your neighborhood (to start) who will put the ads on their car. Bigger cars can have more than one ad.
Happy Money Making!

Re: MLM Marketing, youtube, and buzzirk mobile.
- I have experience with MLM too. My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it.
MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing".
I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support.
I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph.
If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable.
I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around.
my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.

- Pitch Like A Girl: How a Woman Can Be Herself and Still Succeed
Ronna Lichtenberg
2005
From the inside cover:
"As a woman, you probably feel uncomfortable when it comes to promoting yourself and asking for what you want."
WHAT IN THE HECK IS THIS, I asked myself when I read that. Women are the fastest growing business owners in the US and Canada, there are t housands of women executives and CEOs - though not as many as might be expected, admittedly, yet the book opens with this surely out of date stereotype.
However, as she continued to give examples of women who had high paying jobs but were routinely not paid as much as men because it hadn't occurred to them to ask for raises, etc., I decided it was probably true for a majority of businesswomen...
Anyway, more of the info from the jacket:
"Other books have told you how to get what you want by being more like a guy. Pitch Like A Girl tells you why its an advantage to be who you are and how to do better by bringing more of yourself to work."

Make millions with this software
- I am starting a new thread with this email, I received from Mike Dillard a few months ago. Though I have posted it as a reply to a thread, but I believe it will be good to post it as new because Earl Nightingale used it. Napoleon Hills used it, Andrew Carnegie used it and it is your free of charge.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
So as promised, I’m going to reveal the secret weapon I use on a daily basis to achieve incredible results in business.
It’s a piece of software that has built my entire little empire brick-by-brick, day-by-day…
It’s not DeamWeaver, Outlook, Front Page, 1ShoppingCart, or an auto-responder.
No… I’m afraid to say that it’s just as lame, and yet just as important as the secret I revealed yesterday.
When I look out across this industry and throughout the community members at MagneticSponsoring.com, I see two kinds of people…
Those who have made “execution” a daily habit, and those who have not.
Here's what I mean by that...
Many close friends and associates have noticed that I’ve acquired one particular trait over the years which has enabled me to achieve some incredible things.
It’s not that I’m smarter than anyone else, or that I’ve had better opportunities, or that I’ve had more money to start with, (which was definitively not the case).
They all say it comes down to one thing… “Mike, what makes you different than everyone else out there is that once you have an idea, you actually sit down and do it”.
To be honest, that never really occurred to me, and it made me stop and really think.
I just took it for granted that if you have a great idea, you freaking do it right?
But most people don’t. They have an incredible idea and think about doing it. Day’s go by. Weeks go by. Months go by. Before they realize it, they’re still sitting in the same position they were a year before.
I don’t think about things, I do them.
I have an idea and I execute that idea one little step at a time each and every day until the project is complete.
Success is not a destination, it’s the result of a pattern of habitual behaviors.
That’s why you can take someone who’s had a track record in one field, and move them to another with the expectation that success will be achieved again.
It’s not the job, the business opportunity, the new marketing system, or the product that resulted in their success… It was their daily habits. They were “do-ers”.
There are successful people and unsuccessful people in every company – all using the same tools, the same websites, and the same system.
The difference is found in their daily habits.
So how you can you transition from a “thinker”, to a “do-er”?
Well that’s where my little secret software weapon comes into play. This little gem has been crucial in creating my habitual pattern of getting things done, producing millions in revenue in the process.
It’s called “WordPad”.
Also known as NotePad or TextEdit for Mac users, it’s that little program that opens up to a blank white page and just stares at you with a blinking cursor at the top.
You write text in it. That’s all. It doesn’t do anything what-so-ever, or even check your spelling.
Yes I know… Another big let down just like yesterday right?
Well here’s why this program is so valuable to you… It’s your new boss.
Every night before I go to bed, I pull up my Word Pad file which I save as “To-Do.txt”, and I write down five tasks that I must complete the following day in order of importance.
For example, here’s my actual “To Do List” for today:
To Do List:
1: Write and send MS newsletter.
2: Update Adwords campaign.
3: Run new headline split-test.
4: Finish Chapter 4 in “Building On A Budget”.
5: Return prospect phone calls and emails.
6: Read a book.
Now here’s what’s so magical about this process…
If you make your list the night before, you’ll subconscious will have all night to think about it.
The moment you wake up, you’re on task. You already know what your goals for the day are. You’re focused, and by starting your day with this focus and this purpose that’s already laid out for you, it allows you to ignore the onslaught of distractions that come with each new morning.
You’ll find that if you don’t have your To-Do List waiting for you in the morning, that you’ll get side-tracked immediately. Life happens. It gets in the way. And unless you take back that control and focus, it will prevent you from accomplishing anything. This is the deadly trap you must avoid at all costs that's preventing you from achieving the results you want.
Above all other things, this little process of creating my To-Do List each night using nothing more than Word Pad, as allowed me to create the Magnetic Sponsoring empire.
That massive new community site we have with over 14,000 pages of content was created one step at a time by my little Word Pad file.
The new Magnetic Sponsoring 3.0 System? Yep… Created by Word Pad.
It’s the most powerful piece of software in the world.
And here’s my challenge to you…
Make a commitment to use my method for 30 days, starting tonight. Before you go to bed, make your list of 5 tasks that you MUST complete by the end of the next day.
They must be actions “tasks”, not goals.
If you do the tasks, your goals will be accomplished automatically.
Don’t put…
1: Sponsor a new rep
2: Get a new customer
3: Read a book
4: Etc…
If sponsoring a new rep or getting a new customer is the goal, focus on the tasks that will result in that goal like producing 20 new leads, and contacting previous prospects.
1: Send out a press release.
2: Send a newsletter to my list.
3: Add 3 new AdGroups to my PPC campaign.
4: Talk to at least 5 prospects.
5: Read Chapter 3 in “MLMTrafficFormula”
If you do this without fail for 30 days, you’ll be a completely different person, and you’ll have made more progress in one month, than you have in the past 12.
Hey… I just had an idea… I’m going to set up a forum post for this and name it the “30 Day Challenge”. As you adopt this new pattern of habits, post your progress on the forum and share your results!
Thank you for your leadership,
Mike Dillard
