Are you a Leader or a Follower?
In days gone by, we as individuals and certainly those in management have been encouraged to be "Leaders". In fact, if you are familiar with John Maxwell, he has written numerous books and articles surrounding the subject of Leadership.
Today, I would encourage all of us to also be "Followers." In today's environment with all of the social networking capabilities that are available to us, "following" certain individual blogs (Facebook and Linked In) and/or tweets (Twitter) can be extremely educational and helpful from both a personal perspective and professional perspective.
I have number of highly respected colleagues who continually share their thoughts and expertise through these mediums.
