I am often asked from an appearance perspective, what will impress my buyer the most from a first impression?
Many buyers will look at three things when initially evaluating a professional seller - even before the seller opens their mouth.
The first thing observed is the seller's shoes. I would suggest that you keep the shoes polished and looking fairly new.
The second thing observed is typically the seller's watch. I hate to say it, but a buyer will get an impression of the seller based on the watch they are wearing. I am not suggesting that the seller needs to display a Rolex, but a nice business watch would be recommended vs. the Timex runner's watch.
Lastly, the buyers are always looking for how well groomed the sales professionals show themselves. This should go without saying, but since I have included this topic, it is important enough to stress once again.
