The question is 'have you been given the real problem or have you been given a decision to solve the real problem of low sales?' Could the real problem be that the existing sales people aren't selling enough?
During this one day workshop you learn ten ways to redefine a problem.

Gather the Information
You may be told ALL the quotes are late going out.
Is this fact or opinion?
During this Master Class you will learn how to gather the correct information

Define the Cause
Problems are like icebergs - we often only see what's on the surface.
This programme will enable you to get to the root cause.

Create Options
The best way to get a good solution is to :
